How we approach it

The work itself: sort and remove, with anything you have identified as being kept set aside first; haul and dispose, including bulk items and appliances; treat the structure for whatever is living in it once the material is out and surfaces are reachable; then clean and sanitise. Where there is rodent contamination, droppings and nesting material in insulation, we handle that as its own step rather than sweeping it up.

A hoarded property almost always has damage underneath: water that has been running somewhere unseen, floor damage, mold behind stacked material, and sometimes structural issues. We will not know until the material is out, and we will tell you what we find rather than covering it. If mold remediation or moisture correction is needed, we can handle that too.
